Staff very helpful- air conditioning good- beds comfy- lovely white towels and bed linen- bathroom clean - shower works well but with some mould marks on tiling- good mirrors- room lights not the brightest- radiator looking a bit worn- on a busy side street so can hear workmen in the morning but very accessible for metro and cafes- carrefour across the road- area feels safe and water filling station in reception/ tea and coffee in rooms. Would happily stay here again.

Extremely well located with lovely staff and a manned 24/7 reception, especially loved the added perk of an ice machine and filtered still and sparkling water free of charge in the lobby. Will definitely be staying again when next in Paris!

There is AC! This is important during such a hot summer and it worked great for us. Wouldn't have expected that at a budget hotel. We stayed in a cute room on the 5th floor (there is an elevator!) that looked over the rooftops, cute view. Really good location -- just near the great (food) shopping street of Rue des Martyrs and in between Gare du Nord and Gare St. Lazare. We also visited a couple of unique small local museums. Also short walk to Pigalle for restaurants. Recommend!

Clean and simple with the right price tag. There’s AC and an elevator which was a huge help in the middle of this crazy heat wave. Great neighbourhood with cafes and eateries just around the corner, plus walking distance to major landmarks (and larger crowds). Very happy to have stayed here as a solo traveler and would book again.
