ibis Paris CDG Airport
2/10 Terrible
"At midnight someone entered our room with a key and left when he saw it was occupied. 15 minutes later the desk called and asked me 5 times to spell my name, asked how I got in the room, asked for my confirmation number and asked if they could come up to the room to straighten out the problem. I said NO. Finally they determined that maybe there was another person in the hotel with the same name and let me go back to sleep. It is alarming to have someone enter your room while you are sleeping. It is disturbing to be interrogated in the middle of the night about the legitimacy of your occupancy of the room. This was NOT a good experience. Obviously there was a serious problem with the hotel computer system to give out two sets of keys to the same room."
"I love how clean everywhere was. My room was very clean and tidy. Only - one day it wasn’t cleaned.I love the Hotel overall. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful - I would say - it’s a great hotel. I will visit again. You should definitely book your Room !!! Thank you all for making my stay remarkable!"
The Jangle Hotel - Paris - Charles de Gaulle - Airport
8/10 Good
"Stayed at the Jangle on our way back from Greece to the US. Convenient location for making a quick turnaround. Value is good and the room is fine. Shuttle to the airport is a great feature but was a little chaotic both at the airport and the hotel. Had a drink and a bite on our night there and then ate at the breakfast buffet. The food service is just ordinary."
"Room was clean and had the basics, breakfast is decent offering both hot and cold items. No shuttle to the park but there is a public transit bus that can take you there from across the street every 20 min. Unfortunately no hot water in the room 2 of the 3 days we were there (and I mean seriously cold, like an ice bath so unable to shower) and spotty internet throughout - perhaps due to high occupancy but bit disappointing for the price.
