"The hotel is situated in a lovely part of Prague. Easy to get around. Staff is very friendly and polite, breakfast is fresh and plenty to choose from, sky lift is amazing feature and views from the top floor are beautiful. Pool is on the smaller size but perfectly sufficient for a nice swim. Jacuzzi might be a bit difficult to get into for shorter people and steps to the pool is a ladder, not great for everyone. The only issue we had was a very uncomfortable bed that was moving a lot every time...

"I stayed at the Hermitage with my husband and 18 month old and it was brilliant!
For us it was the perfect location and we were able to walk everywhere, we got to most sights within 30 minutes and got up to the castle in under an hour. There are great transport links nearby but we never used these.
The hotel provided a cot for my son which was clean and sturdy, with a small blanket too.
The room itself was huge and had a bathroom with a bath, and a second toilet.

"Great stay! Quiet and clean but dated rooms. Close to public transit but a 15 min walk to the main attractions. Parking on site with reservations, we didnt have one but the fellow working the desk made all the arrangements for us to have one! Breakfast was good. Overall a good place to stay! Would stay again! Staff are lovely breakfast was filling and diverse, and suna was cheap and easy to book, and rooms where very comfy. Only slight issue is it could do with a bit of a maintenance run as there where a few little issues emg crack on shower mount that feels like they should be caught. "
