Pleasant stay, great value
Hotel room was comfortable with the exception of an annoying motion-sensor light that went on and off in the middle of the night if you got up. Air conditioning was great. Bed was comfortable. Shower area and sink were small with no room for toiletries. Only 2 small drawers so we lived out of our suitcase for 4 nights. Construction noise next door was very loud, banging, sanding, etc. which started early in the morning. Neighborhood was non-descript, a few restaurants were nearby, and it was about a 20 minute walk to St. Wenceslas Square and 35 minutes to Old Town. I felt safe in the neighborhood as it had a lot of residential areas just one street over. Breakfast foods included eggs (sunny side up), sausages, oatmeal, limited cereals (cornflakes, chocolate cereal), 3-4 types of breads, mixed fruit bowl (diced apples & oranges, coffee and tea. Milk for cereal was whole milk (no skim) and usually warm from sitting out. Cost of a taxi from the train station to the hotel was 15 euro (too much for the distance) but not having been there before it was difficult to figure out the streets the first time. Thereafter, we walked to the train station for day trips. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating and spoke English very well. All in all, a pleasant stay at a very good price.

Nice hotel with good customer service
Staying here 3 nights here in August 2015 in a superior room which we have paid extra to add a twin bed in addition to a big double bed that comes with the room rate. Air conditioner is easy to use and strong. Room is clean but bath room is tiny. However the other 2 superior rooms that our friends were staying at has a bath tub with jets. Breakfast is very good for the rates we paid which comes with hot dishes as well. Parking spaces are very limited and very narrow ; however , staffs were very accommodating to find us a parking ( 7 mins walk ) for the first night and they found us a hotel parking for the remainders of the stay. It is a short walk to the city center but I would definitely consider stating here again if I go back to Prague.

Best place to stay for couple in Prague
We were in Prague for 3 days and stayed at this Hotel. Staff is very courteous and helpful. They told us that since I am paying with Citibank CC they offer 10% discount. Also the receptionist helped us with setup of Hop on Hop off and showed us best way to reach any destinations via walk or public transport avoiding cabs. Also they offer tasty breakfast. Also since it was raining they offer umbrella too. I did not had European style electric plug and they offered us they plug too for a very nominal charge. Also since we had a flight in eve they offered us a luggage room for free of charge to store our luggage. Also they are located in old town. 20 min walk from Astronomical clock which is ideal for me. Also public transport is very close to travel to other parts of Prague.

a gem of a hotel
From check-in to check-out my experience at this hotel was faultless. I was greeted by name on arrival by Tim the receptionist, who gave me a warm welcome and provided a good overview of the hotel's facilities and the numerous sightseeing opportunities in the city. My hotel room was spacious and inviting, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The buffet breakfast was fresh, varied and tasty, and nothing seemed too much trouble for any of the staff. This hotel was a rare find indeed!
