Not what we expected
The room was not clean. The staff did not care about it. The attitude was unwelcoming... Instead of relaxing experience, all we wanted was that stay to be over.. We heard multiple complaints from other guests too and unpleasant and unprofessional handling certainly added to the disappointing atmosphere.

The hotel is a nice new facility. However, the rooms and bathrooms were small with little ability to upgrade other than to a substantially more expensive suite or a room on the third floor (which has a musty odor from the pool). There is only a small window in the rooms that has a side view of the sea. The food was mediocre at best. The Hotel refused a reasonable adjustment requested with respect to one charge despite the fact we had taken two rooms for a total of eight days. The outside desk was often unattended making it more time-consuming to get a taxi.
