Elegant, impressive and so convenient for town.
From the moment we arrived, travel tired and late at night, to the moment we left, full of love for our new found favourite city, this hotel did everything we wanted. It was beautifully elegant (impressive for the birthday girl in our party), it gave great service and the food was delicious. Having a piano player for most of the time we were in the hotel really made the ambience special. Staff in the bar were attentive and the cocktails were fab. Rooms were very comfortable and clean and when we went to go into central Prague, the trams, busses and metro were on the doorstep (just 15-20 mins into town). All in all a great stay in a great hotel and we'll certainly book again when we come back.

Where to begin? Wifi was unusable, walls were paper thin (my neighbor kept knocking on my door to ask me to be quiet; I was speaking at normal conversational volume), and pretty much all the equipment at the gym didn't work. I left my stay early and took the lost money.
