"We have stayed at other Hard Rock Hotels, and they are all always very nice and the staff is always extremely helpful. The rooms are nice and clean, and they go overboard to bring you anything. Look forward to staying at another one soon."
"I liked everything. Even though the hotel was very crowded, we didn’t have any problems. The only thing I didn’t like were the additional extra fees that we were required to pay. Because of that, it ended up being much more expensive than I expected."
"While not the most modern rooms in town, there was so much old New York charm to this hotel from the Art Deco fixtures in the lobby to the charming Tik Tok diner so convenient for a meal anytime of day! In the center of everything. One block from train station. Traveling with an elderly person to and from the Amtrak station was so easy! Plus, they allowed me to check in before 4pm. The double room was large by New York standards, had great beds a small seating area and a bathtub!! The view from the room was amazing. "
