"Was heavily dissatisfied as this was my first time coming to your hotel with high expectations I found that the main pool was under construction which was not listed anywhere on Expedia. Also, I have 15 pigeons surrounding my 1 year old daughter trying to take her food everyday we were out by the small pool areas. I would like to continue business with you and if there’s anything you can do it would be appreciated to make this not feel like such a disappointment. "

Riu is where we will be. The rooms were clean and our ocean front was breathtaking! Also with us having just 1 day this was the perfect place because it is an experience in its own. Nice restaurants with good food and the bar tender OMG! Cafe for the coffee drinkers and a garden style pool area. The icing on the cake was the free breakfast buffet style! I truly have never seen a breakfast buffet better than this! There were plenty of option for everyone and plenty of seating. Thank you Hotel Riu for an AMAZING experience!"
