"The tv;s were not an easy thing to figure out. The ac wasn’t running quite right. I had my feet on what i thought was a foot rest because it was so low and got chastised by the receptionist for it.its not a 5 star hotel by any means."

INFORMED THE MANAGEMENT THEY WERE GOING TO REFUND ME A NIGHTS STAY I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANYTHING BUT I WILL ALERT THE PROPER AUTHORITIES ALONG WITH THE OWNERS OF THE HOTEL."
"Overall the hotel was nice and the room was very clean, which I appreciated. However, I booked this hotel specifically because of the pool, and it did not match the pictures shown on the website. The pool was not very clean and there was construction around the entire view, which was disappointing. I think this should be updated online so guests know what to expect, especially if amenities like the pool are a deciding factor. I ended up going to the beach instead, which was beautiful but more expensive than I had planned since I expected to spend time at the pool."
