I wasn’t happy with the set up of the room for the price paid.. for a hotel with a certain amount of stars I expected better.. before arriving I couldn’t get front desk and when I was in the hotel no one answered at all .. the furniture was dusty and rusty and outdoor furniture was dirty

Room was not ready at check in time. The phone on our room never worked after asking multiple times for it to be fixed. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned. Very hard to get beach towels. The wait for the server at breakfast to just get a coffee and order was 30 minutes. The pool and hot tub were dirty. This could be a nice place with better service.

A little disappointing to say the least
Location - 7/10 Staff - 10/10 super friendly Room - 5/10 Staff were great and the hotel is beachfront around 4 miles from south beach which us easy to get to on the free trolley. Our room was on the “penthouse” floor which was not as glamourous as it sounds. The a/c leaked water from the ceiling overnight and left our floor soaked so we had to line it with towels to soak it up. The rooftop was super noisy too with a constant droning noise which was quite intrusive. All in all, the room felt a little neglected and not quite up to scratch for $250 p/n.

Keep looking
Overpriced, overcharged for room received, hotel staff was unhelpful when we complained about several issues with our stay that we’re still trying to resolve. Rooms and hotel amenities need overall sprucing up and repairs. Location is quiet but far from local attractions. We visit Miami fairly regularly and I’d never stay here again. Just pass on this one.
