This may very well be the best boutique hotel we have stayed at in 35 years of global travel. The owners, Fred and Teresa were wonderful, the hotel has an amazing history and the renovation is just amazing. It was quiet, safe and isn’t a very exciting and migrant neighborhood in old San Juan. It is a great starting place to explore the city.

This is one of the best stays I’ve ever been, i have been in luxurious resorts before, but this guesthouse has a very special vibes that warmed my heart. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends, and will be my to go when I come back. Location is in the heart of old san juan, next to good restaurants.
