Small but good stay for Disney parks.
Good location if you are planning to visit Tokyo Disney parks. Would highly recommend paying extra for the breakfast. Ramen noodle place nearby that is open late. Family mart nearby for snacks. Hotel staff very welcoming. The room was very small but bed was comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay.

An ideal location for a Disney-based trip!
If you want to be able to access Tokyo Disneyland of DisneySea easily without staying there, this is a location for you! The hotel is a short walk away from Funabori Station; you can take the subway to Ichinoe (one stop down) and jump on a shuttle bus straight to the parks! In addition, the hotel itself is in a really convenient neighborhood. There's a Daiei supermarket near the hotel which allows for eating on a budget, and there's also a video arcade and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity for entertainment after coming back from the park. If you choose to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant, you get three choices (much appreciated): Japanese style, Western style, and a bowl of bibimbap (available in a normal or stone bowl). The room was small but clean, and the bed was comfortable. Amenities are provided both in the room and in the lobby right by the elevator, so don't forget to grab an extra pair of slippers before heading up to your room! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who's planning on seeing Eastern Tokyo, especially if the Disney parks are the main focus.

Small but comfortable
Despite the room is very smal, it's got a comfortable bed and handy amenities. It's good for solo travelers. The bed is very comfortable and the other facilities are in good condition too. The hotel stuff are very attentive, helpful and friendly. Not all of them speak good English and I don't know much Japanese, but they always try to make sure I get what I need. The hotel isn't in central Tokyo, but it's within 2 minutes of walk from the Shijuku Line, it very easy to go to the tourist attractions from there. There are also supermarkets, convenient stores and restaurants nearby.

Quiet, clean, and not too far from central Tokyo
I was in Tokyo for a conference and meetings. I reserved this hotel because it was literally a block from my conference, and the price was very attractive. To my pleasant surprise, the hotel also turned out to be very comfortable, quiet, and only a block to the Toei Shinjuku subway line. It's not as central as Ginza or Shimbashi, but not too far out to be unreasonable. The room was the smallest I have ever had in Japan, but well laid-out. The bathroom was also my smallest ever, but extremely clean. (WARNING: there are no grab bars in the bathtub/shower, and you have to step over a seriously high bathtub wall to get in, which seemed a potential fall hazard.) The hotel is less than half a block from a discount department store (Daiei), where I went for bottled water, dry cleaning (no laundry service at the hotel), and fresh fruit. There are numerous small eateries nearby, a Japanese-style deli (precooked food to go) behind the train station, and signs advertised microwave and laundry facilities in the hotel itself, although I did not use them. I paid a few hundred yen/day extra for breakfast (Western, Japanese, or Korean style), which I found quite good for the price. I am seriously considering staying here on my next trip, even though my next conference will be at a different location.

Simple and small room but worth the price
Too small room. Not comfortable at all. Very close to train subway station.
