The hotel facilities and staff service were impeccable, and my stay was very comfortable. There was no bathtub, but the shower was comfortable and easy to use. The service was also good, and they delivered snacks to me while I was resting in my room. The staff were all friendly and helpful overall. When I consulted Ms. Kaena at the service desk about a problem, she responded promptly and kindly, which was very helpful. If I go again, I would like to use this hotel.
