Good location. Room was spacious with good amenities. The property is in good condition but showing signs of wear and tear. Staff in general were courteous and friendly. Special mentions to Daljit from the reception and Emadul, the porter. Both of them had been great in service and attitude.

Didn’t expect the room to be so clean and comfy after reading through some of the reviews left by some of the previous reviewers. I stayed there for 4 days 3 nights and i am totally happy with all the services providing from the moment i stepped into the property. Excellent customer services from the front office to housekeeping! Nothing to complain about and recommended. Furthermore its so near to Pavilion and mini marts Thank you to all the staff from ParkRoyal Serviced Suites.
