Great hotel, great bar and great staff. Except the moody man who stands at the entrance asking guests to ID themselves at night when going back to their room. I’m a paying guest with a key card I don’t want to be disturbed by a miserable staff member who doesn’t smile. Put a key card entry on the door and then guests can let themselves in without been scrutinised. Other than that the hotel was great and I would recommend.

Nice and clean hotel. Although the security staff wouldn’t allow my guest into the hotel early hours of the morning, because he couldn’t provide ID on the door. So I was woken up and went down to speak to staff behind the desk although their name was given when booking in. They argued with me for 10+ minutes. And said I already had someone with me. So the staff then followed me to my room and checked for the extra person. When he didn’t find anything he barged past me out of the hotel room and mumbled something on the way out.

Great stay, really good amenities at this hotel - dedicated carpark, centrally located, room has iron and board, hairdryer, robe and slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash, close up mirror with light, tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast had continental and choice of hot food plus tea/coffee and refill. Hotel is definitely aesthetically pleasing from inside. It's not too busy and quiet at times which makes it feel relaxing and chilled. Definitely part of highlight.
