This is a lovely hotel, very convenient for West London. The decor is colourful and unconventional, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It has the bonus of a small restaurant, garden and a bar. I would definitely stay here again (and have).

Lovely decor and great sized rooms for London. Visited a couple of times now and the staff have been very friendly and accommodating each time. Theres a restaurant and coffee bar, both serve delicious food and drinks. Well worth a stay.

The room was lovely and clean but some things especially in the bathroom were tired, toilet roll holder was hanging off, the lock on the bathroom door fell off and the painting behind the sink was flaking off. The bed was lovely and clean and comfortable as was the seating area and kitchen. It was disappointing that we were only give 2 coffee pods for 2 of us and we were staying for 2 nights. We did however use the coffee shop downstairs which was lovely but you shouldn’t have to when you pay the price of the room. The rest of the stay was great, it was quiet in a good location

I loved this hotel. 6 night stay in March. I was upgraded to a loft suite (thank you!). King bed powder room in upstairs bedroom. Kitchen, Nespresso machine. My place faced the street but was utterly quiet. Loved everything about it. Only one suggestion. A reading light somewhere? I've recommended and will, I hope, return.

All the staff are friendly and helpful at this well-located hotel, near Earl’s Court. The decor has a style and originality, the room was clean, comfortable, and the whole place has a beautiful smell. I had a garden room, which is quiet, if a little dark. There is a cafe and restaurant serving a decent enough menu. I would definitely stay here again - highly recommended.

Overall nice room, though found a stray toe nail clipping in each of our adjoining rooms. Sink faucet had lime buildup/rust, and drain plug broken. Would be nice to have a box of tissues available in the room. Staff were great, though. And rooms were otherwise comfortable.
