Excellent!
From the moment we arrived we were well cared for. Gabriel was very helpful with instructions on using the tube and directions to the sites. The location is right next to the Metro, The room was very clean and daily service was nice. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend and gladly stay again.

Good hotel
I was looking for a reasonable hotel close to downtown London for a business trip and this fit the bill. It is very close to a subway station, the Tower of Londo is just across. I was upgraded to a bigger room with a built-in kitchen so was very comfortable. The check-in was efficient as was check out the next day. The room were very modern and all equipment was very new.

Good location but not clear what you get
In general OK. Relatively new and comfortable. Great location. However I was dissapointed getting room in 3rd floor right opposite train station. With one single window only 20m away from people awaiting on platform all the day. Changing your room into aquarium. That force you to turn the room into dungeon with no daylight. I would really appreciate if hotel shows real room including real view / situation. I do not recall this "detail" be part of the offering. And shift manager refused my kind request give me another room. I do not expect this in price 800Eur for 2 nights. Next time I make another choice.

Very comfortable stay
Very comfortable rooms with lots of wardrobe space and bathroom storage. The kitchenette was very well stocked - there's even a mini dishwasher! The shower was lovely and powerful.
