This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Location was great and we enjoyed being right in Old San Juan with so much in walking distance. The staff was very helpful and we had no issues. Loved the rooftop and took advantage of it every day to relax/refresh before going out for the evening. The coffee maker in room was perfect for starting the morning. Note that there is water and ice in the dining room near the entrance to the hotel. Best option for parking was at the parking garages at Galeria Paseo and the hotel can give you a voucher. We paid $26/day and it is a 10 minute walk to the hotel. Loved the hotel and would stay there again!

Excellent location in the heart of historic Old San Juan. Rooftop terrace provided breaks from sightseeing while still allowing us to take in the vibe. Wedding procession and dance in the street below was a bonus!
