Great stay and wonderful staff!
Exceptional service! Clean room and super quiet. Easy access to subway to get anywhere in Tokyo. Nice touches in a small but comfortable room.

Great location, professional staff and service.
Great accommodations, professional staff and service. Convenient location to get around for our stay here in Tokyo. I truly enjoyed the cleanliness and quiet rooms. Highly recommend.

The room was extremely tight and it was difficult to get the room cooled, but the service was great and the proximity to Tokyo station was awesome!

Convenient hotel for a Tokyo trip!
Overall a good hotel to stay. The breakfast, the wifi and the location where the best of this hotel. It is kind of in the financial district but there are plenty of good options to eat around the corner and the metro is also very close. The room is small, but all rooms are small in Tokyo I guess. It wasn't possible to check in one minute before 3 pm which was kind of annoying since we arrived around 11 am at the hotel after a long flight. But overall we would stay here again when in Tokyo.

Hotel Villa Fountaine was fine, but not great. The check in process was weird (kiosk while the attendants stare at you). The bed was not very comfortable and slid when you sat on it. Overall, it’s not a bad place, but not great either.

Exceptional 10.0
We were in Tokyo for 8 days and stayed in three different hotels and this was our favorite one. The room is spacious (for a downtown Tokyo hotel), the room and bathroom are clean, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. We had no problems with noise at night (located on a quiet street but really close to lots of restaurants and a subway station). Would stay here again!

Clean, friendly, and eco friendly to boot!
The staff were exceptionally friendly. One staff, Saito went out of her way to help us fill out paperwork in Japanese, so that we could have our luggage shipped. She was super helpful and knew very good English. The room was small but it's to be expected in Tokyo. The hotel offers an incentive to be eco friendly, when you choose not to have your room and linens changed, they give you a 500 yen card that can be used at any of the many conbinis in Tokyo. This incentive stacks so if you decline cleaning for 2 nights you get 1000 yen, about $10. It was nice to not have to worry about withdrawing cash just to get a bottle of water at Lawson.

Nice hotel and nice location
The hotel was in a great neighborhood within walking distance of two subway stations and Tokyo Central Station. There was a large variety of Japanese and Western style restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The daily breakfast was plentiful with both Japanese and Western selections. The room was tiny by Western standards but clean and very comfortable, complete with slippers and sleepwear.
