This modern holiday home offers a plot with private pool. The upper floor has three large bedrooms and bathrooms and the terrace allows you to relax overlooking the fantastic pool. The kitchen is equipped with quality appliances and open to the large dining room. The living room with designer furniture and a large Curved TV, offers direct access to the garden and pool area and you can have much fun playing billiards and tabletop football with the whole family.
The house is located in a quiet and beautiful area in the south of Madrid next to a small forest with stream, where you can go for walks, do sports or go cycling. Nearby is the large Xanadu shopping mall with an 18,000 m² ski slope where you can ski and snowboard all year round.
