Nice stay in Madrid.
Nice basic hotel. No lobby to speak of or room service or coffee. But clean and centrally located. Very pleasant desk staff. Neighborhood undergoing lots of construction at this time, so extremely noisy! Not hotel’s fault.

Hotel review
It was a decent hotel in the mid of an excellent location . The room is a bit small and the wall is definitely not sound proof enough . We can practically hear the next door and whoever that walks across the hall. Nevertheless the hotel is worth a stay !

Comfortable stay, but a little noisy.
We reserved three rooms for the family. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location is great and very central. Close to the Metro, buses and even a hop on/hop off bus stop. We had a great stay at the hotel, and their staff was very helpful. The only catch was for the two rooms that were street side. It is very noisy at night, so if you have a lower level room, bring earplugs. Other than that, we had an excellent stay.

Convenient location
WiFi is extremely poor. Hotel is somewhat outdated, but okay if you are on a budget. The staff can be helpful with directions. We checked in later in the evening and asked for recommendations on where to go to eat. The gentleman at the front desk recommended 3 places, we went to each one only to find out they were closed. Would've looked up the hours ourselves if the WiFi wasn't so bad.
