Great boutique hotel. One of my favorites in Charleston.

8/10 Very good

It was a nice hotel with sufficient space. Good location. Parking was extremely challenging initially. Staff was very helpful.

Other than the parking carousel, things went very smooth for us. Our SUV was about at the max for the parking carousel and we decided to park at a nearby pubic parking garage called midtown garage. That seemed very secure. Other than that we would highly recommend staying at the Iris.

Exceptionally clean property. Apartment-style unit modern & beautiful. Very thoughtful hand-written personalized welcome note, along with a few goodies was a lovely touch. I cannot emphasize how wonderful our stay was at this property. A fantastic boutique hotel w gate code access in a perfect location in downtown Charleston. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants & nightlife. Secure & safe with private parking lift behind gate. Will definitely return! Absolutely recommend.

Great property. Super clean and everything is new. Lots of good food nearby and we were able to walk to anywhere in downtown, but we are used to walking a lot. The Dyson hair dryer with diffuser attachments was a nice touch! Kitchen was well stocked.

The room was great, clean and quiet. The staff at the location was very helpful, only thing I would have liked would be maybe some complementary bottles of water in the refrigerator.

We loved this place! Room was clean and lovely, with a comfy bed and pull out and nice pots and pans. The location was great and the parking was a little terrifying to get my car in and out but if you’re not planning on driving around it was convenient. The hotel felt very safe and the staff was lovely.

Spotlessly clean room and well stocked with towels, coffee, bathrobes and anything else we needed. The room was set up with a bottle of wine and chocolate bar which was a very nice treat.
