Exceptional boutique hotel in Charleston
Beautiful hotel as always. Clean, impeccable and totally friendly service from the valet parking to the room service. A truly exceptional hotel in the heart of the action in Charleston. WE have visited before and will surely return. Thanks

Good nights stay
Valet and doorman were less than professional we somewhat inconvenienced them it appeared on arrival and departure. Front desk was exceptional. Room was great and rooftop restaurant/bar was great. Location is very good. Would stay again.

-Natives on staycation
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are ornate. We appreciated the unexpected turn down service and cookies left by the staff. The bathroom toiletries, although hermés, stink but I had to use them as I had left my shampoo and conditioner at home. The view was pretty; seeing the market and the bridge as well as the churches. The elevator smells like a sweaty football locker and I did not like having to ride in it. Every time we stepped into the elevator it was humid and stinky which really took away from the whole experience. The staff was wonderful and the bell boy, Sean was incredibly friendly. I was born and raised in Charleston and only stay in our hotels for special occasions, this one being my husbands 45th!
