Historic Charm!
This hotel is in the heart of everything Charleston! Location, amenities, services were all great! Will definitely be back! The one and only thing we were unhappy with is the hotel didn’t offer CBS tv station, during March Madness season. Thankfully there were plenty of sports bars nearby!!

Charleston Charm with a few caveats
The terrific hotel was accommodating, and the hotels.com deal was excellent, with complimentary valet and a meal discount. The rooms were spacious; we were upgraded. Three minor points- the lobby's music borders on the tortuous - could make a person crazy. The restaurant was great but, again, too loud. And, at checkout, I had to check the bill because the discounts were not included - otherwise, I liked the location and the place.

Emeline offers the comfort of home
Emeline is a lovely hotel. My family and I loved the location, the room was so comfortable, clean and very inviting. Attention went in to the design and the experience including the records and record player, the shower toiletries and the stations outside the elevators for fruit and water refills. I came to Emeline after a poor experience at another location and Katie at the front desk graciously understood we felt unsettled and in need of a place to put our belongings. She was able to arrange for a room much earlier than expected which was such a welcome relief. If you want to feel like you are staying in a place that offers the comforts of home, Emeline is your place.

Incredible stay in Charleston
