A Truly Wonderful Hotel
Very good for cleanliness, location, and staff. Restuarant is top notch for food and service. Bed was extremely comfortable and not high as some are. Right downtown and steps to the shuttle. All staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful!! Loved it.

Loud
I was staying in room 806 and could hear every cough and sniffle coming from the adjoining room. When the cleaning staff made up the rooms each afternoon, it sounded like a herd of freshmen frat boys were moving into the dorms on the first day of school. Crashes and bangs and booms coming from the hallway and the adjoining room for HOURS. It sounded like they were kicking the wall of my room. The walkie talkies the cleaning staff used were so loud that I could hear every word coming from the hallway and adjoining room. I was traveling for businesses and the person on my video meeting was concerned and asked what was going on. I called the front desk and explained the situation. It did not help. The same thing happened the following afternoon when the cleaning staff were working. If you value a peaceful and quiet atmosphere I would not recommend this hotel.
