The Vendue, Charleston
Great with a few exceptions!
This hotel is gorgeous and in a great part of town, within walking distance to lots of places to eat and look around. The hotel has lots of charm, is very artsy but unpretentious. I love the music in the lobby in the evenings. The breakfast in the morning in the lobby was quite good....loved the yogurt with blueberries and granola:) The only complaint I have is that they have no room service, and no option for coffee in the room. Bed was old and squeaky. Other than that I loved the place.

my sisters loved everything from the welcome, unlimited champagne to the lovely breakfast to the wonderful room. my room was nice, but small and the water pressure was poor.

Excellent service
We stayed 2 nights for a short anniversary trip. The room could use some updating, but the excellent service more than made up for it. Location was great, room was clean, and service was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.

I was clear with the Manager where the problems were and I have no interest in rehashing it online. There is a very distinct difference when one is a solo traveler vs in a group or partner and that needs to be addressed at many properties as that is an issue not exclusive to The Vendue

Very Good8.0
Was a great hotel. The only issue was the hot water didn’t kick in until around 8am.
