We have been waiting for one hour in front of the reception because no one was there. We had to call many times to have someone on the phone unable to speak any other language than spanish. At the end of our trip we received a message from the reception telling us that we have been reported to the police has we havent paid, which is untrue.

Door Issue
The code to my bedroom door stopped working when I came back one night which meant I was stuck outside the door for a long time and ended up having to call someone after a while and talk to them about the issue, we tried 3 other doors while on the phone which weren't working before finally getting into a room (which didn't have any of my items in). The room is perfectly fine otherwise - once you're inside. I wouldn't stay again, even at the price, because I would of the issue I had however... Luckily the issue was resolved at 9am so I could get back in and get my things as I had a flight that morning. I am surprised someone didn't come to the hotel to resolve it as it was midnight...
