Probably an old apartment converted to a hotel. From an American standpoint, this is a motel - just way nicer than any motel in the US and not as nice as any other budget hotel in Japan.

- instalaciones sucias, descuidadas. El área de recepción nunca fue aseada en las noches que estuvimos, el baño de recepción súper sucio, Paredes embarradas, botes rebosantes de basura - en habitación solo hacían la cama y cambiaban sábanas, no aspiraban o limpiaban el piso, el baño con paredes sucias, moho, el aire acondicionado lleno de cochambre en las orillas, la televisión con una capa gruesa de polvo atras. - la habitación de mi hermana estaba abierta a su llegada sin una explicación - el personal de recepción rara vez estaba en la recepción

Very good, convenient with washer.

A bit small for a couple but that's probably fairly normal for Tokyo. Location was good, not too far away from the metro system. There are two washing machines and two dryerd which was great as we were in the middle of a five week long trip.

Felt more like an apartment stay without kitchen.

Good enough for short stay. Since I stayed there alone, I’m not sure how big a room is for two people but it was good enough of everything for budget stay. A lady at the reception when I checked in was very kind and generous.

가격 괜찮고 깨끗하고 긴자와 츠키지 접근성이 아주 좋아요.

장점은 주변이 번화하고 가까운 역들이 여러 개라는 것이예요. 히비아선의 핫초보리역이 가깝고 긴자까지 걸어서 22분정도, 츠키지는 16분으로 위치가 아주 좋아요. 긴자가 가까워서 구경거리도 많고 맛집도 많아요. 방은 작지만 깔끔하고 매트리스도 괜찮아요.수압이 정말 세요.아주 속시원합니다. 4월인데 일본은 난방을 해주는 시기인지 온풍이 아주 잘 나와요. 따뜻하게 잘 잤어요.수건도 아주 깨끗하며 매일 오전, 1층에서 새 수건을 받을 수 있어요. 불편한 것은 공항에서 가는 교통편들이 좀 많이 걸어야 한다는 점이예요.나리타에서 1,300엔 버스를 타고 도쿄역에 내려서 안갈아타려고 유라쿠초선을 탔는데 버스내린 곳부터 유라쿠초 역까지가 도보로 17분이상 걸려서 많이 불편했어요. 스카이라인을 타고 히비아선을 타는게 더 나을 수 있겠어요. 시내쪽이라서 짐 운반하는 소리나 차소리가 가끔들리고 다른 방의 의자 끄는 소리등이 들리기도 했어요. 3박4일 동안 뒤로 갈수록 장점이 많이 보이는 호텔이였어요.
