The stores are run by Disney, so you can expect the same high-quality service that you receive in all Disney stores and theme parks, together with the same high-quality goods. The store also has regular pin-trading events, so you can come and trade pins with cast members!

You can take the free shuttle service from participating hotels in the Lake Buena Vista area or park at the store. Just be aware that the parking lot gets extremely busy.
