A very convenient and comfortable hotel for the NEC, within walking distance via the airport monorail and covered walkway. The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times of the day. Plenty of choice at breakfast and meals in the restaurant were excellent with a relaxing vibe. Great views of the planes taking off, but surprised to find the rooms were not noisy. Would stay here again if visiting the NEC.

We used the hotel prior to our 0330 flight to Turkey so we didn’t get a chance to use the facilities other than the bedroom, but the rooms and staff were fantastic though. My husband has asked me to mention that the bedding smelled amazing 😂. Thank you for the stay and we will no doubt be staying in a Hilton hotel in the future .

Perfect for an early flight. Across the road from departures for zone A, Jet2 and EasyJet. All fine checking in. Good size room on the 7th floor. Aircon worked fine. No water though but could be purchased at the bar. Had food in the restaurant but I couldn’t change an option from salad to broccoli without paying £5.50 supplement.

Had a meal in the restaurant but sadly had to send my steak back as it was very tough, they asked me to order something else which I selected the pasta with salmon in it with an amazing sauce which I throughly enjoyed it washed down with a very nice Argentine Malbec & selection of sorbets for my dessert.
