"We found this hotel to be well-situated, very clean and with an exceptional staff.
We stayed for four nights in mid-November. The location is within walking distance of several of the major museums, including the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh. It is directly across the street from a canal tour ride and the Hard Rock Cafe. It is about a block from a tram and bus stop, including one that goes directly to Schipol.
Our room was fairly small. I do not know if they had accessible rooms, but it should be noted that the shower is in a tub with high-sided walls, which could be a problem for some. There was a fridge, a coffee maker and an electric kettle--however the outlet was not near the counter and it made more sense to use the tea kettle in the bathroom.
Our street-side room was on the first floor. Even so, it was not noisy at night. It wasn't until the last day that I noticed there was a problem with the window, causing a cold draft. When I reported it, they were very responsive.
(In the meantime, I had also requested an extra comforter and recieved that as well.)
There's a lovely drink shop around the corner from the hotel. I recommend avoiding most of other nearby restaurants and walking about a block or two north of the Hard Rock to the Leidseplein area, where there are streets filled with a wonderful variety of restaurants.

"I booked a three night stay and wanted something inexpensive, included breakfast and shuttle service. Brilliant hotel, spacious rooms and breakfast was good. Regular buses into Amsterdam city centre and airport shuttle service is regular. Good hotel, located in a green but busy area. Hotel has restaurants and a couple of shops but this is overpriced. Room doesn’t have tea or coffee making facilities unfortunately which would have been good as they charge €2.50 for hot water… a little outdated but still a good choice for airport layovers and short stays if you don’t want to overspend however the public transport system fees are seriously confusing, multiple taps equals multiple charges! No set or standard charge so be careful and buy tickets in advance. "
