"The staff was friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in about 30 minutes early without an extra charge. The room was clean and spacious and seemed fairly up to date. Even though our room faced the highway, we did not notice a lot of noise. Breakfast what's better than anticipated with plenty of hot and cold choices. The only minor complaint was the first night we were there, the cable TV would lose signal on all channels for random amounts of time and then come back on. Problem was resolved by the second day."
"I arrived several hours early and the staff was kind enough to allow me to check in early which I really appreciated because I was exhausted from a long range fishing trip. As usual the room was exceptionally clean. No issues. A big plus for me is that there is always good coffee in the lobby. They use an insulated dispenser so the coffee always tastes great. They also offer a very nice breakfast with a wide variety of items. The Comfort Inn is my new go to hotel whenever I am in Point Loma, which is several times per year."
"I did not eat breakfast on property. It was not offered with room. If i was going to pay I chose to eat off property.
The room was clean. The shuttle was convenient to get to the pier."
"Its a cute little spot on the quiet end of Ocean Beach. I loved being close to the beach, just a little walk through a grassy area. A few blocks to walk from the main drag with all the food and shops, but still super close to everything. For the price, its the closest you will get to a popular beach. Food truck in the parking lot was great for breakfast and lunch. Super dog friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone who isn't looking for a bougy resort feel - its definitely not that but I like that better anyways."
