10/10 Exceptional

Staff were lovely and very friendly, food was lovely too, only issue was we did not have things in room that should have been there and was advertised as going to already be in the room such as iron and ironing board, extra pillows and the floor in the bathroom had a lot of black hair over the floor which wasnt ideal.

Great hotel and helpful staff. Had an issue with the sink in our room when checked in (as it would not drain away). Reported to reception and it was quickly fixed. No other issues - great location, clean rooms and decent wifi - good base for seeing the city.
