Very disappointed and definitely not 4 star. No hot water. No bath plug so you can’t have a bath. Lift was broken. Fridge was so noisy all night and you can’t turn it off. Breakfast was basic and no menu options you just get what you’re given. Location was brilliant but I wouldn’t stay again.
