Ideally located and easy to find after late night at Wembley

Had a great deal here for a London hotel and so close to Wembley, it was great! Very welcoming and a comfortable stay. Would thoroughly recommend

Lift out of action so a walkup and down five stories and a long wait if you wanted the cooked breakfast. Property very tired and needs attention for the price charged. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Really close to Wembley so the perfect stop if you are there for a show. Staff were very helpful and room was great quality for the price.

Convenient for Wembley Stadium, however, lift wasn't working, no bar, room has no open windows so very stuffy, Staff were very helpful. Premier Inn would have been a third of the price.

Great location, had AC so perfect as it was hot. Big room clean staff were very nice. We had Emily meet for a concert and they used the hotel parking which was very convenient. I would stay there again

The room and bathroom was nice and clean. One of the chair legs was cracked so would have broken if sat on and the keycard holder kept falling off the wall but no other concerns. Carpark needs maintaining better, there were bottles and broken glass we nearly drove over.

Hotel staff and hotel in itself were great but the lift being broke and not being able to change the temp in my room wasn't good

Hotel is located near the outlets and stadium which is great. Hotel staff were excellent. The room size was great but not well maintained. Dirty carpet and no slippers, bathroom was clean but old/tired. The room, while clean, still had items left behind by previous guests. No lift so we had to carry luggage, baby and stroller up the stairs. Thankfully we were on a lower level. Overall, fine and inexpensive but the lift issues and cleanliness problems should be improved upon.

The check in was very slow only one member of staff on the desk with about 5 people waiting to check in We were on the 4th floor the lift was broken and had been for some time and not due to be fixed for ten days , there was no one to help with bags not the best arrival The room was very nice clean good all you would want Breakfast a bit basic plastic cups for juice no menu just cooked or continental, there were 6 of us they served 2 eggs each , not one was even slightly runny Compared to other hotels around I think ok value once they fix the lift
