This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and it is amazing. We were upgraded rooms on arrival, the staff were very friendly and professional. The room was clean, it was quiet and under ten minutes to walk to the station. The breakfast was also amazing, especially the pastries. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed two nights in this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone. It’s small, not a big chain hotel, and the room, the bar, the restaurant, and the staff were outstanding. Very close by to anything you want to visit in London.

8/10 Very good

Lovely welcome from the staff, very comfy bed, good shower (we didn't have hot water to begin with but the issue was sorted in about 15 mins) good bar meal and the happy hour cocktails were amazing! Good location between Hammersmith and Barons Court tube station, for getting into central London or Heathrow.

This is an absolutely fabulous hotel and I highly recommend staying here. Located in West London the local bus stop is right outside the hotel so getting into central London is easy. The staff were amazing, the room bright, clean and comfy and just a charming place. I will stay here again!!!

This is such a lovely hotel, near Barons Court and Hammersmith tube lines. Staff are always helpful and the rooms are lovely. Took a star off this review as there was no room service on a Saturday night.

Very clean room in the basement with a small landing for shoes. Had a fridge, wardrobe, desk and safe and comfortable bed. Large variety of teas supplied in the room with Biscoff buiscuits. Amazing full breakfast and continental everyday with latte and a pot of tea was included and outstanding. Less than 10 mins walk to Hammersmith and Baron’s Court stations by walk or catch a bus right outside the hotel. Lots of coffee shops and bakeries nearby.

This Hotel is one of my best ever finds, it is a fabulous hotel, with extremely helpful staff. I can't fault anything, the air con was a life saver, the breakfast was lovely in such a nice room. We had dinner in the garden on our second night which was such a calm relaxing space, I cannot recommend highly enough this lovely hotel.
