The hotel is in a great location, very close to Westfield Shopping Centre, grocery stores, and the Underground station. The staff are very kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was also very clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

Stayed here several times before, and will most likely visit again. Got an unexpected upgrade, and the room was amazing. Plenty of space, dining table, separate bedroom, and oh so many windows! A little musty smell in the shower, but other than that the room was everything we could hope for. The location is very good with short walking distances to excellent shopping, concert venue and Shepherds Bush tube station.

V convenient location with good sccess to the tube. Excellent overall impression. V good for a four star. Feels more like a five star. Room and bed etc v nice but only had a tiny window at floor level. I would definitely consider staying again. Good value for money.

First time I have stayed at the Dorsett Hotel. Overall it was a good stay. Room was clean and Air con worked. Staff were nice and helpful. Bar had a very good range of drinks and the Cocktail menu was good. The only thing that was strange, the room I was staying faced towards the Bar area, so you have to leave the curtains closed . If you don’t mind that then I would recommend

First time staying and have stayed at others around the area. The reception was amazing and the staff really friendly. The room was bigger than most but while no real issues, it wasn't the cleanest i have stayed in. Excellent wardrobe space with iron and ironing board. I hope I get to stay here again but often the price is higher which excludes it. Maybe I just got lucky this time

On first appearance the entrance & lobby were lovely. Check in was simple. However, our room wasn't great. The smell in the room was awful, bad sewerage smell. The whole floor had the smell. We mentioned this to reception & they just said thanks for letting them know. If we had been staying more than one night we would have asked for a different room. The location was good however and even though we we overlooked the road there was little noise. Such a shame about the smell, they seriously need an overhaul of their plumbing.

Unfortunately the air con didn’t work in the first room or second we were given. However the staff then upgraded us to a better room with working air con.

Gym was shut, one of my main reasons for booking. The room was ok, good soundproofing and good bed, but the bathroom wasn't cleaned at a 4* hotel level, and the drains smelled pretty badly. OK hotel for the price, but not a standout experience.

Decent enough hotel, could do with proper air conditioning though! Staff provided me with a big fan to cool the room which was like an oven. Quiet enough. My room was spacious and the bathroom even had a proper bath.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the train and underground station, and with frequent buses at the bus stop right outside the hotel. Most of the property was clean, but my so call deluxe double room was tatty, the carpet especially stained. The en-suite had a large frosted glass window that separated a wet room area with the main bedroom. So in the middle of the night if one person uses the en-suite and turns the light on, the whole bedroom is illuminated while another person is trying to sleep. I did not like this design. Overall the staff were very helpful, but I did have one experience of poor service from a staff member at the reception desk; I was standing in line to be served and when it came to my turn I was ignored and by-passed, as a group of flight crew had arrived and they were immediately given their room key passes. They were definitely prioritised over myself, which I found infuriating. On a positive note the 'happy hour' at the bar which was actually three hours between 1600-1900 was great, with all drinks half price.

Rooms are really tired and desparately in need of a renno. Bathrooms in particular, shower smelled mouldy. AC in room non existent. Only rooms with indoor windows. New gym was being built but not open, old gym is useless. 3 treadmills none work. Staff at front desk were helpful.
