Don’t let the outside of the property put you off staying here. As soon as you walk into the courtyard you are transformed. It is beautiful with an outdoor heated coat area. Lounge is lovely. Dining room very comfortable. Unfortunately many items on the menu for dinner were not available, and again breakfast. However the food we did have was delicious.

Great hotel and brilliant staff. Stayed with our dog so that was convenient. He was not allowed in bistro so we had to eat in the bar that only hd aofas and low tables so not the easiest. Would have been helpful to have some high stools or tables.

The staff was nice enough. The room was rather dirty and dusty. To kind of a surprising degree and had a bad fish market/drain smell. Super off putting. "Fake fancy" i would call it. The AC also does not work very well at all.
