We spent 7 nights in October on a trip to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary I've traveled to many places around the world, but this is the most memorable resort I think the beautiful scenery, the pool, the breakfast, and the staff's friendliness are the best Albert, the hotel manager who works extremely hard in every aspect, is the most memorable person to me. Although he is a very senior figure, I have never seen him clear plates in the breakfast area or supervise staff I especially thank Mr. Albert, who remembered my spouse and me among the many guests and treated us with kindness until the very end Thank you to all the staff at Pullman Hotel as well

It's a wonderful place to stay with friendly staff. The Breakfast has an excellent array of Thai/Asian cuisine along with continental dishes as well with live cooking stations. Very spacious rooms with extraordinary views from balcony. They do provide airport transfers with surcharge. The resort is located with just 15 minutes drive away from main airport. It's a best place for beach and nature lovers. Try it once and you will never regret. I will sure choose Pullman Arcadia during my next visit to Phuket.

I’ve never been to a more peaceful and luxurious resort. The staff is soo attentive and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing getaway. We went during the rainy season so we basically had the entire resort to out Just moments from the beach, the Pullman is the most wonderful experience I’ve had outside of home. I can’t wait to get back here. Special shout out to Beam! We love you guys and we will be back again. 1000/10 stars!
