The hotel was so quiet despite being next to a tube line and under a flight path. Staff were all very polite and friendly. Great choice for breakfast. Black out blinds were amazing and the bed was so comfortable. Best nights sleep I've had in a hotel for a long while. Only disappointing part was that the restaurant wasn't open. We were able to order a meal for room service but there wasn't a massive choice.

Amazing big room in the perfect location. A stones throw from underground. The room itself was large, comfortable and quiet despite being right at the excel. Shower was amazing, very comfortable queen size bed, black out blinds that actually work. Staff were friendly. Bar area was nice to chill in. Parking on site definitely helped despite the charge. We didnt eat on site but food looked nice from what we saw. We didnt use swimming facilities but wish we had the time too. All looked well maintained and clean

Great hotel featured a pool sauna ans steam room and gym sadly unable to use as didn't get time. Breakfast was great and the freshly made pancakes made the kids soo happy. Staff were very friendly, room was very comfortable and clean, pool was warm (ok for a dip but a bit busy, and not big enough for a good swim), and breakfast was good with everything being replenished constantly. Lovely short stay. Directions when we got of the DLR were not great, we followed some other people to find the 2nd floor entrance.
