My girlfriend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shibari Tulum, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Every team member was incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay exceptional. We never had to ask for anything; they were always one step ahead, offering fresh towels, checking if we needed anything, and keeping our room spotless throughout the day. The level of service was outstanding.
The rooms were immaculate, beautifully designed, and exceptionally well maintained. You could tell the entire resort takes great pride in every detail.
The spa is an absolute must. We enjoyed some of the best massages we’ve ever had, and it was the perfect way to relax during our trip. The cenote was another highlight-crystal clear, clean, and meticulously maintained, just like the rest of the property.
If you’re looking for a luxurious, peaceful getaway in Tulum with incredible hospitality, beautiful accommodations, and a staff that goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend Shibari Tulum enough. We can’t wait to come back!
