Just a great place to have a break in Harrogate, right next to the town centre but without any of the noise. Staff are really helpful and always seem to be in a good mood, which makes our stay all the more enjoyable. Breakfast is cooked to order and nothing is too much trouble. Evening restaurant has a great relaxed atmosphere and the food is very tasty. We did two nights on this visit and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel very centrally located in Harrogate. We booked half board and had an evening meal in the restaurant. It was really very nice. Only downside is because I booked with hotels.com we could not reserve parking, so had to pay for roadside parking.

We enjoyed a four night break. Staff were excellent and really helpful. Food was excellent, both breakfast and evening meals. Location is great for Harrogate town centre and option to pre book reserved parking at hotel is a bonus.

All good apart from not been able to check in at 3pm as room wasn’t reedy, however two free drinks at the bar wasn’t so bad, we had a great stay and the room was lovely too. Will be returning in October. Many thanks

Large clean well appointed room on the front. Good view but can be noisy from the traffic. Coffee machine, tea making, iron, hair drier and robes with a quality TV as well. Large bathroom with nice fluffy towels and a roll top bath. Large powerful shower as well. All spotless.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very welcoming not a good selection of draught beers but some in bottles and wine and spirits. The evening food was expensive but good but the breakfast was really marvellous. Bedroom was clean and very comfortable with king size bed and tea and coffee making facilities. Car parking is available but first come first served.
