We were upgraded to a deluxe room - which was super and fitted it's description well. We only stayed 1 night but enjoyed the ambience of the hotel, its facilities and central location. Happy to recommend to others :)

8/10 Very good

The hotel was beautiful and spacious. When we were there we ate both dinner and breakfast outside which was lovely, again looking over extensive grounds (although oddly the second tier of the garden below the main level was not well maintained at all) However the feel of the place was a bit chaotic and we heard a number of guests complaining about things which should have been easily remedied (tvs not right, AC not entirely working and so on) We had a lovely dinner but one of our servers made numerous errors eg coffee machines out of service by 9.30 pm and eventually our bill was incorrect and had to be redone. Overall a lovely stay but maybe management need to be more on top of things.
