The hotel its self is lovely! The room was great and the bed was genuinely one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve stayed in! Just be aware it’s on a busy street near the station and some pubs and can be quite loud!

Very convenient location, just across the train station with bus stops around and in the city centre of Reading. The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is yummy. The only not so ideal point is the room is a bit dark even with all lights on as the room decor is in black colour theme. Personally I prefer a brighter room but I will stay again in my next trip there for its great location and convenient accessibility around Reading.

Fantastic stay. Staff was outstanding. The bed super comfy. Breakfast was so tasty and well prepared. My only minor negative comment would be the hot water in the shower and sink took a long time to heat up. Other than that I would definitely stay again.

Very convenient location, right front of the station. Front is always staffed and provides sense of security especially at late hours. Interior has been renovated and look new, good amount of amenity. Bed was comfortable and shower ran smooth, and bathroom was big. Overall it was good value.

I stayed at Malmaison Reading for a business trip and had a great experience. The location is excellent, right across from Reading Station, which made travel very convenient. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a great place to relax after a busy day of meetings. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience even better. Breakfast was another highlight, with a good variety of options and everything fresh and well prepared. It was a great way to start the day before heading out for work. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The combination of a convenient location, clean rooms, friendly service, and a quality breakfast makes this a hotel I would happily stay at again when visiting Reading.

The location was excellent, close to the railway station and the RailAir stop, which is why we chose this hotel. Our biggest complaint were the two single beds, they were uncomfortably hot with only a single very heavy duvet. As simple sheet and blanket would be much more comfortable.

Very nice hotel, close to railway station so ideal for me and without any noise. Stayed in a suite, very well laid out with plenty of room. My only negative comment would be one of the basins in the bathroom was stained which was a little visually off-putting, but no other concerns.
