We were very happy with the hotel, the service that we were given. It was walking distance to the outlet markets and there were many kid-related activities to do.

6/10 Good

The hotel on Expedia not as my expect , There are no rights and interests, and the perception is very poor.

8/10 Very good

The hotel is well maintained. It is clean, spacious and very comfy. Hotel staff is very nice, well trained and smart. Kudos to those at the concierge and the restaurants coping with large breakfast crowd and those definitely not friendly and bad mannered guests grabbing breakfast at the buffet table, dropping stuff on the tables and floors, shouting when they were told to queue for a table at peak hours when their peers were busy emptying trays of food and loading them onto their own plates, reluctant to leave. Big applause to the hotel staff. Not that I will return to this hotel, but I like the brand. Will visit their others.

2/10 Poor

Only one thing is unacceptable about my booking and actual check-in: In my booking, it's showing include breakfast for 2. But when I check-in, hotel lobby staff told me the booking from Expedia does not include breakfast. They asked me to contact Expedia. I only found a virtual agent. But my question still pending
