After a night flight we were welcomed by the reception staff and given a room straight away which was not expected but very much appreciated. We stayed in an executive room and had access to the lounge with hot and cold snacks between 5-7pm. There was a good selection to choose from. The room was clean spacious and had a very comfortable bed. We have stayed here a few times and would recommend.

The hotel and room were clean and well presented. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and the service was fantastic. Lovely breakfast. The hotel was a very quick 5 minute walk to Terminal 4, along a covered walkway. However the transfer to Terminal 5 by underground was much longer than we anticipated. It took us 40 minutes. This is no fault of the hotel but worth noting if you travelling from Terminal 5.
