The hotel ticked all our boxes. Clean. Hearty breakfast. Literally next door to the railway station and DLR but no noise from the trains. Restaurants of Greenwich close by. The hotel car park is in the basement and easily accessible by lift and whilst not cheap it was a fair price given the location. A pleasent stay.

The room we stayed in was rather small for a family of four. Sofa bed was quite uncomfortable too. The fridge in the room was broken and the AC controller wouldn’t turn so we couldn’t adjust it to our liking. One thing we found quite weird was the toilet is separate from the bathroom where the sink is? Overall, the room is in need of an upgrade. The staff there however were very helpful. The ground floor reception area is done up to a high standard too. The location of the hotel is ideal - right next to the National Rail.

Hotel is situated at very good location. Right next to Greenwich station. You can take trains and DLR for easy access. Breakfast is very good and staff is very helpful. The only drawback is the room cleaning. They don’t clean it well. They also don’t check if the shower gel is finishing and they have refill it. They have to improve on that but except that it’s value for money.

I totally understand London based hotels are generally more expensive that elsewhere in UK, £170 for one night booked 6 months ago is too much for the room we received, sadly the room needs modernisation- rusted shower pole, overly worn carpet, poor air con ( outside temp 26°) the hotel was fully booked when I enquired if they had another room. Its location is great being next door to the station and easy walking distance to Greenwich.

Room was lovely and clean, nice big tv and comfortable bed. Only downside was this strong almost sewage smell coming from the shower room, made me feel sick and i ended up leaving early because of it.
