I only stayed one night at Grey Street Hotel but can't fault it. The room was an excellent size, well-maintained and comfortable but what really impressed me were the desk staff. They were a credit to the hotel. I will definitely book again if I'm ever in Newcastle in the future.

Stayed here a few times now, it never disappoints me, the staff are all lovely. Lady on reception removers me and chef and waitress at breakfast were lovely also. Will stay again when I can as prices are amazing for what you get.

Lovely hotel in Newcastle City Centre. Easy walking distance from Central Train Station and to all entertainment venues. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Only negative was our room was an adjoining one, lack of sound proofing on adjoining door meant all noise/conversations between the 2 rooms was very audible. Would definately recommend this hotel but avoid an adjoining room if you can 🙂
