Perfect location and plentiful parking. Really friendly and helpful staff, who are also happy to give suggestions for sightseeing. Very good sized room, quiet and comfortable, and with a well appointed bathroom. Some nice extra touches in the room etc. Very good cooked breakfast options. I would definitely stay here again if/when I return to the area.

The original room we had was lovely - however, we had an issue with the tap in the bathroom and we were quickly assigned another room which wasn't quite as large but still really nice - the receptionist then offered us the choice of two other rooms for the second night of our stay - we chose the larger of the two and was not disappointed. The room was absolutely lovely. We would like to praise the staff for their reactive response to the initial issue that we had - these things happen and it the response and customer care we received was excellent.
The hotel itself is lovely, very well situated and breakfast was also excellent. Would definitely recommend.

I have a very good stay at the Arden Hotel. It is in the perfect location across from the Royal Shakespeare Theater. The rooms are clean, spacious and we had a fantastic view. The food was very good. We were running late and called to change the time of our reservation. They were very accommodating. I definitely recommend the hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
