Great size rooms really spacious, fantastic location and the breakfast was delicious

The hotel is in a fantastic location - at the center of everything but still very quiet. The rooms are small but very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the best part was that onsite easy parking at an affordable rate was available. A must stay if looking for accommodation in Stratford upon Avon

My sister and I came to Stratford Upon Avon to see As You Like and we loved our one night stay at The Arden. The close proximity to the theatre (across the street!), the lovely staff, the dining experience .. were all top notch. My room was also comfortable and well maintained. If ever we come back to SUA, we'll definitely stay at The Arden!

Perfectly located for the RSC Theatre, having visited to see the Mad King play. Lovely room and staff couldn’t do more for us. Fantastic breakfast too!

Excellent location, fantastic staff, great breakfast and service- only bad thing was creaky floorboards right outside the room but would still go back 👌

Staff were great and the room was very nice. Some limitations for people with mobility issues but the building is listed and staff accommodated as much as possible. The food was nice but a little gastro pub on the menu options. Having said that the fish and chips were very well done so by no means a complaint. Would definitely recommend it especially if you’re heading to the RSC. Good parking although £10 for the night as a guest of the hotel seems a bit odd, maybe just for restaurant users (hide it in the room price maybe!)

the location is fantastic and the hotel is gorgeous, clean and adorable. unfortunately we just had an issue with a staff member who was a bit rude to us. it wouldn’t keep us from staying there again but it did break the mood a bit. we felt like we were annoying them for having an issue, which made us not want to ask much. besides that, only good things to say!

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Lovely room. Wonderfully comfy bed and bedding. Good tea tray. Tv aerial wasn't working but the netflix on the tv was. Lovely bathroom. Delicious breakfast and car parking on site is a real bonus. Great location, literally opposite the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and on the edge of the town centre, ideal for restaurants and shops. Only downside was the room was very warm, even when we had heating off and a fan, but I am a very warm person.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for Stratford especially the theatre which was amazing by the way. Easy walking distance to centre of town and river .. enjoyed our 30min boat cruise.. interesting. Parking was easy and reasonable cost. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.. love being shown to our room. Shame restaurant not open every evening.. Sunday roast was delicious and filling so no need for an evening meal thankfully.. we didn’t book breakfast and walked around coffee shops and tried them instead. We had a couple of hiccups which were easily solved.

Nice hotel, pleasant staff and and a fantastic location for the theatre; could do with some updating in a number of areas. Nice restaurant and bar for evening meal, but the continental breakfast wasn't great and didn't really feel worth the cost.

Amazing location - almost anywhere you would like to go is less than 15 minutes on foot! The snacks and fruits in the room were more than any other hotel we have seen. Having parking in the hotel itself was extremely convenient. And the staff were all wonderful. For people with limited mobility, it may be a problem as there are lots of steps and no elevators. Other than that, everything is great!

A lovely stay. Without a doubt, the best hotel in Stratford. Quiet luxury, and a privilege to have spent a night there.

If you're visiting the RSC then there really is no better hotel; across the road from the main entrance and just down the road from the Dirty Duck. Along with the ideal location, the service is of a high standard and rooms very well appointed (air conditioning, comfortable bed, safe, and large bathroom). We enjoyed breakfast both mornings (there were no problems at all in accommodating small additions to the standard menu) and an excellent a la carte meal one evening. We really couldn't fault any element of our stay and highly recommend you pay the Arden and their wonderful team a visit.
