6/10 Good

Desk staff, Concierge, and Bartenders were top notch. However, still waiting for my daily food and beverage credit ($18/day) that is supposed to help offset a $35/day "destination charge" that they tack on to the room rate.

Had a wonderful stay at the Eliza Jane! Beautiful hotel with gorgeous decor and so much charm. We did experience an issue with our original room at check-in, but the manager was incredibly accommodating and upgraded us to a beautiful room for our anniversary. We were so grateful for how everything came together and how special they made our anniversary weekend. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the Eliza Jane. We would absolutely stay here again! ❤️

Enjoyed our stay! The room lighting was dark and one of the elevators was out. Other than that, the room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Valet was prompt. Great customer service!

8/10 Very good

This hotel was centrally located by all of the main New Orleans attractions. It was very walkable and close to restaurants, the convention center, the Caesar Stadium, and the outlet mall. The staff was amazing and very attentive and responsive to our needs. The only thing that I didn’t like about the hotel was the fact that the rooms do not have a lot of natural lighting, so the room felt dark all day.

We enjoyed our stay here during Mardi Gras everything was kept up with and very clean you’d never know parades were going on right outside the front door!
