Hyatt Centric French Quarter, New Orleans
Beautiful Hyatt hotel
While this hotel was pricey, it offered clean, modern amenities. Our room was very large and comfortable, and this included the supportive mattress. Furnishings are tasteful and updated. If you're looking for authentic French Quarter charm, this probably isn't your best bet. But if you're looking for a safe, clean, comfortable room, and a gorgeous lobby with great service, here you are. Most notably, this room was VERY quiet. We didn't hear any street shenanigans--left that on Bourbon. Great stay, Hyatt--you do not disappoint.

This hotel has mice infestation. There was a mouse in my room and the guest across the hall. We booked another hotel and checked out early. My stay was on 9/15/2018.

Perfect Stay
This was our 4th trip to NOLA but our first visit to the Hyatt Centric. We loved the location! It was a nice hotel with modern decor. The front desk was very pleasant and always acknowledged us as we passed through the lobby to head out for the day and warmly greet us when we returned. Our room (King size, no balcony) was large and clean. The bed was not as comfy as I would like, but it's NOLA after all and you don't spend much time sleeping. We loved being close enough to the action but still quiet when you are ready to wind down. We also loved that you can access Canal and Bourbon by using different entrances. This came in handy when it was raining. We used the pool twice during our visit. It was clean and welcoming. We plan on returning to NOLA again in the Spring and intend on staying at the Hyatt Centric for sure!
